Breathwork, grounded in tradition
Ancient breath. Modern calm.
Nine real breathing techniques — from Pranayama to Qigong — guided by a breath you can follow with your eyes closed. Two modes: three minutes when you need to land, ten when you want to build the habit.
Two modes
No menus to get lost in. Open the app, choose a mood, and start breathing within a tap.
Quick Relief
3 minFive short techniques to land you back in your body — each matched to a specific moment.
Daily Practice
10 minFour longer sessions tuned to the rhythm of your day, so practice has a natural place to live.
How it works
Tell the app how you feel — panicked, overwhelmed, winding down. It matches you to the right technique. No theory required.
A single, gentle bubble expands and contracts. Inhale as it grows, exhale as it falls. Optional sound and haptics keep your eyes free to close.
Every session fills your daily ring. Ten minutes of breathing completes the day and keeps your streak alive — across any number of sittings.
Nine techniques
Drawn from Pranayama, the Yoga Sutras, Taoist Qigong and more — each one faithful to its tradition, each one backed by what we now measure.

The science
Vagal tone. Heart-rate variability. Anahata. Pingala. Two vocabularies for one thing your body has always known.
“The humming bee sound activates Anahata, the heart centre, dissolving fear at its root.”
Why it works
Vocal vibration stimulates the vagus nerve through bone conduction, measurably reducing sympathetic activity within seconds.
“In the hum, the mind finds a single point — ekagrata — and anxiety dissolves.”
Why it works
Humming raises nasal nitric oxide roughly 15-fold, improving oxygenation and calming the nervous system.
“A long, slow exhale is the body’s oldest signal that it is safe to rest.”
Why it works
Extended exhale phases shift autonomic balance toward parasympathetic dominance, lowering heart rate and blood pressure.

What we stand for
A breathing app full of ads is a contradiction. Swas will never sell your attention, run banners, or push notifications you didn’t ask for.
After your first sign-in, every technique, animation and sound lives on your device. Practice on a plane, in a basement, anywhere — no signal needed.
You sign in so your streak follows you across devices. We store only what makes that work — email, session times, preferences. We don’t sell your data.
Delete your account from the app in two taps. It’s scheduled seven days out so you can change your mind; after that, your data is permanently erased.
Read the full privacy policy and terms.
