What do I actually get with Pro?

Pro is about history, not features. The whole practice is free. Pro keeps every ring you’ve ever closed (free keeps two days), unlocks the full streak calendar, and helps fund a small, ad-free, independent app. It’s monthly or yearly with a 7-day free trial.

Does it work offline?

Yes. After your first sign-in, every technique, animation and audio loop is stored on your device. Sessions sync back up whenever you’re online again.

Why do I need to sign in?

So your streak and history follow you across devices and reinstalls. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email one-time code — no password to remember.

Is my data private?

We store only what makes the app work — your email, session timestamps, streak, and preferences. We don’t run ads and we don’t sell your data. Full details are in the privacy policy.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Manage or cancel Pro anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; email us and we’ll help you navigate it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is scheduled seven days out and you’re signed out everywhere immediately; sign back in within those seven days to cancel. After that, your account and data are permanently deleted.

Is this medical advice?

No. Swas is for general wellbeing and isn’t a medical device. Some techniques aren’t right for everyone — if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or feel unwell while practicing, stop and check with a clinician.
