Common questions

I never received my sign-in code

Codes arrive within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email is typed correctly, and request a new code. If it still does not arrive, email us and we will sign you in.

How do I restore my Pro subscription?

Open the app, go to Profile → Manage Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Pro with. If it still does not restore, email us with your purchase receipt.

How do I cancel Pro?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them there. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Swas → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Swas. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the period ends.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies — we cannot issue them directly. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, through the Play Store. Email us and we will help you navigate it.

My streak or rings look wrong

Your streak ring fills as you breathe — 10 minutes of active breathing in a day completes the ring, across any number of sessions. On the free plan we keep the last 2 days of ring history; Pro keeps it forever and unlocks the full calendar. If something still looks off, email us with your account email.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is scheduled 7 days out and you are signed out everywhere immediately; signing back in within those 7 days cancels it. After 7 days your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

A note on health

Swas is for general wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical care. If you feel dizzy, faint, or distressed while practicing, stop and breathe normally. If you have a health condition, check with a clinician before starting. Never practice while driving, standing, or in water.
